Made for Your Time at Home

Changing out of your day clothes, making a warm drink, reading a few pages on the couch, or getting ready for tomorrow before bed—these everyday moments deserve something comfortable to wear.

Nuvorad™ specializes in adult sleepwear and loungewear. Our collection includes matching pajama sets, cami pajamas, nightgowns, robes, and casual lounge styles for bedtime, slow mornings, and downtime at home. Choose according to the season, your routine, and your personal style.

Soft blue, pale green, and warm ivory sit alongside classic stripes, expressive animal prints, and delicate florals. Reach for a simple everyday favorite or bring a little variety to an ordinary evening with a pattern you love.

Three Collections for Different At-Home Moods

Cotton Sleepwear

Natural-looking colors, textured surfaces, and relaxed silhouettes give this collection an easy, everyday feel. Refer to each product page and garment label for its specific fabric composition.

Satin Sleepwear

Smooth-looking surfaces, gentle sheen, and flowing silhouettes come together in solid colors, stripes, and animal prints. Satin describes a fabric finish or weave; it does not mean every item is made from silk.

Plush Sleepwear

Fluffy-looking textures and soft colors create inviting choices for cooler days at home. The collection includes matching lounge sets, long nightgowns, and belted robes.

Clear Information to Help You Choose

Review the style description, sizing information, and available fabric details on the individual product page. A relaxed fit does not guarantee a suitable fit for every body type. Where measurements are provided, compare them with a garment you already wear comfortably.

Colors may vary slightly depending on photography lighting and screen settings. Furniture, slippers, and other accessories shown in styled images are not included unless the product page explicitly states otherwise. Refer to the listing for included pieces.

Caring for Your Favorite Loungewear

Cotton, satin, and plush garments may require different care methods. Always follow the sewn-in care label. Check instructions for washing, bleaching, tumble drying, and ironing. Make sure garments are dry before storing them in a clean, dry space.

Help Before and After Your Purchase

When choosing sleepwear, you may want to know what a set includes, pant measurements, fabric details, or how to care for a robe. After purchase, you may need tracking or return assistance. Include the product name, link, or order number when contacting us.

Product & Sizing Questions

Tell us the style you are considering and what you would like to know: included pieces, measurements, garment details, fabric composition, care instructions, or whether accessories are included. You may voluntarily share relevant measurements from a garment that fits you. Actual fit varies with body shape and preference.

Order & Shipping Inquiries

Include your order number, checkout name and email, a description of the issue, and available tracking details. Request order or address changes as soon as possible. Availability depends on processing and shipping status; wait for our confirmation.

Product Issues & Return Requests

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items, include clear photos and retain relevant packaging and labels. For preference-based returns, review the Return & Refund Policy.

Do not send items back before receiving return instructions. The business address is not necessarily the return address for your order.

FAQ

Products & Shopping

What does Nuvorad™ sell?

Adult sleepwear and loungewear, including pajama sets, cami pajamas, nightgowns, robes, and casual lounge styles in Cotton, Satin, and Plush collections.

Is satin the same as silk?

No. Satin describes a weave or surface appearance. Refer to the product page and garment label for fiber composition.

What is included?

Check each listing. Couples’ photos do not necessarily include two outfits. Accessories and furniture are excluded unless explicitly stated.

Sizing & Care

How do I choose a size?

Use the style’s measurements and compare with a garment that fits comfortably. Check whether measurements refer to the body or garment. A relaxed fit does not fit every body type.

How should I wash my item?

Follow the sewn-in care label. Washing, tumble drying, and ironing requirements vary between cotton, satin, and plush styles.

Are these products for children?

No. Our current collection is intended for adults.

Orders & Shipping

What are your processing and delivery times?

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after shipment. Check the Shipping Policy for exceptions and details.

How much is shipping?

Charges are calculated at checkout. Any free-shipping offer is subject to its published conditions.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us promptly with your order number. Availability depends on processing and shipping status; a request is not confirmation.

Tracking says delivered, but I have not received it.

Check your address and possible delivery locations, then contact us with order and tracking details. A delivered scan does not automatically end our review.

Returns & Support

Can I return an item that does not fit?

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Keep items clean, unwashed, and in original condition. Review the Return & Refund Policy before returning.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Send your order number, an explanation, and clear photos. We cover necessary return or replacement shipping for verified issues on our part.

When are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, or approval where no return is needed. A shorter legal deadline applies where required.

Payment & Security

This store is owned and operated by Shanghai Zhiqi Xuejing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd..

Review Your Items Before Paying

Check style, color, size, quantity, and included pieces. Confirm the shipping address and email. Matching photos and accessories do not necessarily form part of a purchase.

Payment Methods & Prices

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, currency, and provider. Use only the offered checkout process. Do not transfer money to personal accounts based on unverified messages.

Review the currency, item charges, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and eligible discounts before paying. Banks may charge separate conversion or international transaction fees.

Payment Status

Review the checkout result and confirmation email. Authorizations, posted charges, and confirmation may appear at different times. A pending amount is not necessarily a duplicate charge.

If payment fails or confirmation is missing, check your spam folder and contact us before repeated attempts. Check card details, billing address, available balance, and bank verification requirements.

Duplicate Charges & Security

For a possible duplicate, provide the checkout email, payment time, amount, and transaction reference. Conceal full card numbers, balances, and unrelated information in screenshots.

Enter payment details only at checkout or the payment page it directs you to. Never send full card numbers, security codes, verification codes, or passwords to support. We may ask for order and transaction references to investigate.

Cancellations & Refunds

Availability of cancellation depends on order status. See the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility, processing, and posting times.

Shipping Policy

Destinations & Addresses

Shipping destinations are those supported at checkout. Provide complete name, street, unit, city, state or province, postal code, and required phone information. Contact us before ordering for PO boxes, military addresses, or remote delivery arrangements.

Processing & Delivery

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after shipment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding relevant fulfillment-location holidays. Transit estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by customs, carrier conditions, weather, or holidays.

Different estimates must be disclosed before purchase. We will explain processing delays and available options. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

Shipping Charges & Origin

Charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies only under published offer terms. The business address is not necessarily the shipping origin. Our own or partner facilities may fulfill orders depending on stock and destination; we do not imply local shipping merely because of the delivery country.

Tracking & Split Shipments

We send available tracking information by email after shipment. Initial scans may take time. Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period. Orders may ship in separate packages, with corresponding notices; we will not add split-shipment charges without agreement.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

Contact us promptly for changes; availability depends on processing status. For failed delivery, we will investigate and explain any reshipment options and costs before confirmation. Additional costs caused by our own error are not your responsibility.

Delayed, Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Send order and tracking details. We will investigate and provide appropriate reshipment, refund, or another solution based on findings. We do not refuse assistance solely because the package is with the carrier or marked delivered.

For damaged or incorrect items, retain packaging and labels and provide photos. Necessary return or replacement costs resulting from an issue on our part are covered by us.

Import Charges

Charges collected at checkout are included in the total. Destination duties or clearance fees not collected may be requested by customs or the carrier, depending on arrangements. Contact us before payment if unsure whether they are included.

Eligibility & Product Information

You must have legal capacity or appropriate authorization to purchase. Provide accurate details and use an authorized payment method. Products are intended for adults.

Check selected style, size, color, quantity, and included pieces. Couples’ images do not necessarily include two outfits. Satin is not necessarily silk; relaxed fit does not fit every body type. Minor screen color variations do not remove rights concerning materially different or incorrect items.

Prices, Payment & Orders

Prices, currencies, shipping, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout. Payment methods and promotional conditions apply as displayed. If an obvious price error affects an order, we will offer confirmation of the correction or cancellation and refund; no additional charge is made without agreement.

Contact us if confirmation is missing. We will notify you if stock, delivery, payment, or reasonable security checks prevent fulfillment and refund collected amounts for unfulfilled items. We do not substitute products without agreement.

Changes, Cancellations & Shipping

Request changes promptly; confirmation depends on processing status. Shipped orders generally cannot be intercepted, but return rights remain. No cancellation fee applies when we cannot fulfill an order.

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation; delivery is estimated at 5–15 business days after shipment. If we cannot ship on time, we will notify you, explain revised arrangements, and offer waiting or cancellation of unshipped items for a refund, obtaining required consent.

Product Issues, Returns & Refunds

We investigate delayed or missing packages, including delivered scans. For damaged, defective, wrong, or materially different items, provide your order number and relevant evidence. We cover necessary return and replacement shipping due to our error.

The Return & Refund Policy defines deadlines and condition requirements. Reasonable try-on is not extended wear. Get return instructions before sending items; the business address may not be the return address.

Privacy, Rights & Updates

Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. These terms do not limit nonwaivable consumer rights or legally required responsibilities. Contact us about disputes; this does not prevent lawful recourse to providers, authorities, or courts.

Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change confirmed-order prices or important conditions. Conflicting information is resolved using purchase-time disclosures and applicable law, not simply the least favorable wording.

These terms govern browsing, account features, submissions, and website interactions at https://nuvorad.com. Purchases are covered by the Terms and Conditions.

Operator & Responsible Use

The site is owned and operated by Shanghai Zhiqi Xuejing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. under Nuvorad™. Browse styles and use available features responsibly.

Do not impersonate others, use unauthorized accounts, submit fraudulent orders or evidence, upload malware, bypass access restrictions, obtain nonpublic information, disrupt services through excessive automated traffic, or publish unlawful, harassing, threatening, or infringing content.

Accounts & Product Information

Keep account information accurate and protect credentials. Report unauthorized activity promptly. We investigate records rather than automatically assign all responsibility to you.

Product information assists selection; consult individual pages and care labels. Cut, composition, and sizing vary. Adult sleepwear is not medical or specialized protective clothing unless explicitly stated. Reporting a website error does not replace your rights concerning a materially inaccurate product description.

Intellectual Property & Reviews

Site marks, text, images, and layouts belong to us or authorized rights holders. Personal shopping use and sharing public links are permitted. Do not copy content for another store or impersonate the brand. Lawful quotation and other permitted uses remain available.

Submit genuine reviews and authorized images. Negative opinions alone are not violations. Do not expose private or payment information. Public submissions may be stored, displayed, and formatted within the stated submission purpose without transferring ownership. Additional promotional uses require appropriate authorization.

Third Parties, Availability & Security

Third-party services have their own rules, without removing our seller responsibilities. Maintenance or faults may temporarily affect access; contact support for order or return help. Security restrictions should be proportionate and must not block ordinary support merely because you complain or request a refund.

Privacy & Applicable Rights

The Privacy Policy governs information handling. Use privacy controls or contact us rather than post sensitive data. No website is guaranteed error-free, but legally required responsibilities and nonwaivable consumer rights remain.

Updates & Contact

We may update rules with appropriate notice and required consent. Confirmed-order conditions are not retroactively changed by a page update. Send relevant links and screenshots for technical or content issues, without passwords or full payment details.

Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases at https://nuvorad.com, owned and operated by Shanghai Zhiqi Xuejing Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd..

Return Request Window

Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days after delivery. A timely request is not invalidated by our review time. After approval and receipt of the address, ship within 14 calendar days, or contact us about special circumstances. Nonwaivable legal rights remain.

Sizing & Preference Returns

Items must be unwashed, unworn beyond reasonable indoor try-on, and in original condition without damage, stains, alterations, or noticeable odors. Retain original tags and accompanying pieces. Avoid makeup, perfume, smoke, and pet hair.

Sleepwear is not excluded solely by category. Extended wear, washing, or damage may affect preference-return eligibility. Special restrictions must be disclosed before purchase and do not prevent assistance for defects or incorrect items.

Sets & Product Issues

Return complete sets for preference returns. If one piece is faulty, contact us for a replacement piece, partial refund, or complete-set solution. Couples’ styling does not change the actual purchased contents.

For damaged, defective, wrong, or materially different items, provide the order number, item name, description, and photos where possible. If photos are unavailable, discuss another verification method. We cover necessary return and replacement shipping for verified issues on our part.

How to Request a Return

Email service@nuvorad.com with the order number, items, reason, and condition. We will review and provide the applicable address and instructions. Do not ship without instructions; our business address may not be the return address. You may reply with additional information for further review.

Costs & Inspection

Customers generally pay preference-based return shipping. The return facility may be abroad; we will provide its location before shipment. For our errors or product defects, obtain our shipping method or cost arrangements first. There is no standard restocking or processing fee.

Original shipping services already provided are generally not refundable for preference returns unless law requires it. For our errors, relevant charges are refunded according to the issue and applicable requirements.

Package securely, use tracking, and retain proof. We investigate return-transit issues. After receipt we inspect condition and included pieces; if an issue affects the refund, we explain it and allow a response.

Refund Method & Timing

Eligible refunds go to the original payment method. After receipt, inspection, and approval, we typically initiate refunds within 5–10 business days, or within the same period after approval if no return is required. Shorter legal deadlines apply where required. Business days exclude weekends and relevant holidays. Banks may need additional posting time.

Partial refunds use the actual purchase price of returned items. Discount and charge treatment is explained in the breakdown.

Exchanges & Cancellations

Ask us about replacement sizes or colors; do not assume stock is reserved. Request cancellation promptly. If we cannot fulfill or ship as promised, we promptly refund the appropriate amount, subject to any shorter legal deadline. For shipped orders, use the return process.
